青蓝结对清秋始,惟愿枝间子初成。最是秋意沁人心,师徒带教话耕耘。10月9日下午,闵行万科双语学校新老教师师徒结对齐聚一堂,隆重举行“青蓝工程”带教交流活动。

Cyan-blue pairing sparked in clear autumn, when fruits quietly mature. With this refreshing beauty, mentors and apprentices have been working hard to innovate teaching. On the afternoon of October 9th, the mentor-apprentice pairs of the new and senior teachers of Vanke Bilingual School (VKBS) got together and held the “Cyan-Blue Project” teaching exchange activities.


本次会议由陈颖副校长主持,陈校长在会议伊始表达了对新老师的几点期许:首先要做好学生,谦逊虚心向前辈学习。再要做好老师,不断摄取新知。三要做好主人,主动承担责任。最后她告诉老师们,更要做好自己,不完全依附于师傅,独立的思考,用心去行动。陈校长的话犹如一股力量,给了新老师们激励和信心,指引着老师们勇往前行!

The meeting was presided by vice principal Chen Ying. At the beginning of the meeting, she put forward several expectations for new teachers: first of all, to be a good student who is humble and open-minded to learn from seniors. Secondly, to be a good teacher who keeps taking in new knowledge. Thirdly, to be an eligible master who takes the initiative to take responsibility. Finally, to be a real self who doesn’t always rely on their mentors but can independently think and devote themselves to work. The strength of principal Chen’s words greatly inspired new teachers and made them more confident to march forward!

交流会上,新教师们畅所欲言,满怀分享着一个月以来的心得体会,表达了对老教师、师傅们的无限感恩,以及对未来的展望。作为徒弟代表,来自小学部的欧希老师、赵露老师和中学部的马丽川老师分别进行了发言。

During the exchange meeting, new teachers spoke freely and shared their experiences in the past one month, expressing their infinite gratitude to the senior teachers and mentors, and mentioned their prospects for the future. As representatives of apprentices, teachers Ou Xi and Zhao Lu from the primary school department and Ma Lichuan from the middle school department made speeches respectively.


欧希老师说:“以梦为马学用相长,但行前路无问西东。回顾一个多月来我在VKBS的学习与成长,我认识到不仅要学习师傅和前辈的教学经验,更要学习他们无私奉献的品格,精益求精的工作作风。在不断汲取中,我也越发觉得学习、思考、行动、领悟是新教师提高自身必经的四个阶段。之后我会继续全力在奔跑中的道路上不断去悟,在悟的道路上不断奔跑,奔赴属于我教育事业的星辰大海!”

Teacher Ou Xi said: “We must keep going ahead with the original aim and learn for actual practice to pursue the dream. Looking back on my study and growth in VKBS for more than one month, I realized that I should learn from mentors and seniors not only their teaching experience, but also their selfless dedication and workstyle of striving for perfection. With continuous exploration, I further figured out that learning, thinking, action and comprehension constitute the four necessary stages for new teachers to improve themselves. In the future, I will constantly reflect on myself as I keep moving forward, so as to make my educational cause brightly shining!”


小学部赵露老师非常激动地告诉大家:“虽然在一个多月的教学工作中遇到过困难,但总能及时得到各位领导、老师对我们的关心和帮助。尤其是闵行片区优秀老师的展示课和专业点评让我收获满满,学到了很多有用的教学经验,也让我更加自信、更加热爱教师这个职业。在此,请允许我代表新教师承诺,在以后的工作中我们会认真负责,严谨教学,以身作则,做一名优秀的教师,为VKBS的发展贡献自己的一份力量!”

Zhao Lu, a teacher in the primary school department, was very excited to share with others: “Although we have encountered difficulties in our teaching work over the past one month or so, we have always received timely care and help from all the leaders and teachers. In particular, The demonstration classes and professional comments of excellent teachers in Minhang district made me full of harvest and learned a lot of useful teaching experience, which also made me more confident and more passionate about the profession of teacher. On behalf of the new teachers, please allow me to promise that in the future we will be careful and responsible in teaching, take the lead to be an excellent teacher, and contribute our own efforts to the development of VKBS!”


中学部马丽川老师也迫不及待地分享着自己的心得体会,她说:“在一个多月的时间里,我得到了师傅及众多老师的关心。在备课方面,我做到了精备详备,备一课磨一课。在听课评课方面,学校鼓励我们新老师多听课,跨年级跨学科听课,尤其是多听同年级老师的课。在教研方面,我的师傅会与我精心选择和确定语文拓展阅读的内容,指导我以读带写的教学方法。《诗经》有言’如切如磋,如琢如磨’。我觉得备课、教学的过程也是如此。在日后的教学过程中,我们会继续用心地钻研,琢磨,力求给学生带来不一样的语文课!”

Ma Lichuan, a teacher from the middle school department, couldn’t wait to share her own experiences. She pointed out, “In the past more than one month, I have been cared by my mentor and many teachers. In terms of lesson preparation, I have made great efforts for each lesson. In the aspect of evaluation of classes, the school encouraged new teachers to listen to open classes, including cross-grade and interdisciplinary ones, especially those of the same grade as we teach. As for teaching and research, my mentor and I carefully selected and determined the content of extended readings in Chinese, and my mentor guided me in the teaching method of reading to promote writing. There is a saying in the Book of Songs,’ the cultivation of a gentleman is like working on a bone tool: after it is cut, it has to be constantly sharpened’. The process of preparing lessons and teaching is just the same. In the future, we will continue to attentively explore, and strive to offer students innovative Chinese classes! “

新人的成长离不开前辈们的谆谆教导,他们就像夜晚的灯塔给了新老师们似星光般的指引。有着30多年教学经验的缪秋红老师认为,在和新教师们相处的一个多月时间里感受到青春的活力无处不在,她希望无论新、老教师没有绝对的师傅,也没有绝对的徒弟,“三人行,必有吾师焉”,在教育教学中能者为师,教学相长,大家同舟共济,携手共进,不负韶华,努力提升内驱力,提高自身素养,在11月份校亮相课中期盼新老师们尽显风采。

The progress of newcomers cannot be achieved without the devoted contributions of senior ones, who are like a lighthouse at night providing new teachers with star-like guidance. Miao Qiuhong, a teacher with more than 30 years of teaching experience, pointed out that she has felt the vitality of youth everywhere during more than one month when she spent with new teachers. She hoped that among new and senior teachers, there is no absolute mentor or apprentice, just as the saying goes, “There must be one out of three who can be your teacher.” In education and teaching, everyone can be a teacher, and both teachers and students can learn from each other. Mentor-apprentice pairs are expected to make progresses hand in hand, and strive to improve their internal drives and qualities instead of living up to their youth. We look forward to appreciating the new teachers in the school debut classes in November.


外教代表Mrs Alison Burdett老教师有三点做法和大家分享,一是学生离开父母来到学校,老师就是他们的家长;二为老师想要营造什么样的课堂,就要坚持自我,努力去做;三要尽快记住学生的名字才能更好地与孩子们沟通。

The representative of foreign teachers, Mrs Alison Burdett, had three points to share. First, after students left their parents and came to school, teachers serve as their parents. Second, if a teacher wants to create distinctive classes, he must stick to his heart and work hard to do so. Third, remembering students’ names as soon as possible can help us better communicate with them.

校长寄语


万科双语程敏校长对青蓝工程极其重视,希望通过此次交流会旨在促进青年教师的专业成长,优化师资队伍建设。她寄语新老师们每日有目标,每日有进步。希望老教师们发挥示范、引领、辐射作用,团结协作,优势互补,在携手前行的途中,一起收获成长的喜悦,共同感悟心手相联的快乐。

Principal Cheng Min of VKBS attached great importance to the “Cyan-Blue Project” and pointed out that this exchange meeting aimed to promote the professional growth of young teachers and optimize the teaching staff construction. She expected new teachers to set daily goals and make daily progress. She hoped that the senior teachers would play the role of demonstration, guidance and transformation, work together with new teachers and complement each other with their unique strengths. On the way forward hand in hand, we will reap the joy of growth and realize the happiness of heart-to-heart links.




师情徒意扬帆起,亦师亦友薪火传。两位校长的展望是新教师们不懈前行的动力;前辈们的指引如星星之火点亮前行之路。有志同行的路上,或许荆棘,或许荣光,但无论是什么,殷殷期盼寄厚望,师徒携手绽未来!

Mentor-apprentice pairing has created a strong force, which constantly brings out surprises of inheritance and innovation. The outlooks of the two principals stand as the motivation for new teachers to strive forward unremittingly, and the guidance of the seniors lights up the road ahead like a spark. On the road of going ahead with aspirations, there may be thorns or glories, whatever they are, mentor-apprentice pairs will be full of hope and join hands to embrace the future!
