思维导图,带你领略《蟋蟀的住宅》——记VKBS四年级学生语文学科实践活动

《蟋蟀的住宅》改编选自19世纪法国著名昆虫学家法布尔的《昆虫记》。作者怀着对蟋蟀的喜爱之情,通过细致而持续的观察,真实生动地介绍了自己观察到的蟋蟀住宅的特点,以及蟋蟀修建住宅的才能。

The “Cricket’s Dwelling” was adapted from the book “Souvenirs Entomologiques” by Fabre, a famous French entomologist in the 19th century. In favor of crickets, the author introduced the characteristics of crickets’ dwellings and their talent for building them on the basis of careful and continuous observation.

随着《蟋蟀的住宅》一文的学习,同学们对蟋蟀的“住宅”兴趣盎然。于是在老师们的引导下,孩子们跃跃欲试,纷纷拿起画笔,将课文中对蟋蟀住宅的内洞及外洞的文字描述,通过思维导图的形式呈现出来,发挥了思维导图可视化的优势,进一步体会课文的脉胳及文章的架构。

After learning “Cricket’s Dwelling”, students’ strong interests in cricket’s dwellings have been aroused. Under the guidance of teachers, the children eagerly picked up the brushes and then presented the textual descriptions of the inner and outer holes of crickets’ dwellings in the form of mind maps, giving full play to the advantages of visualization of mind maps to further understand the logic and the structure of the text.

孩子们笔下的思维导图可谓层出不穷,各具特色。树状图、流程图、圆圈图等作品的呈现都在独具匠心地展示着孩子们对学习《蟋蟀的住宅》一文的热情与探索。

The mind maps they drew were diverse and unique. Dendrograms, flow charts, circle diagrams and other works all have vividly shown the children’s enthusiasm for the exploration of this text.

有的作品向我们传递着蟋蟀“慎重地选择住址”,“不肯随遇而安”的住宅特点,有的同学则通过思维导图告诉我们蟋蟀的住宅有排水功能,它具有“倾斜隧道”的个性特点,还有的作品“出口的地方总有一丛草半掩着……”向人们传递着蟋蟀的住宅极具隐蔽性等信息。更有同学通过蟋蟀前足、后足等柔弱的“工具”,将它的扒土、搬土块、踏地、推土、铺土以及修整,直至整个冬天加深加阔等一系列工序来完成蟋蟀的住宅,这一伟大“工程”表示了极大的赞赏。

Some of the works showed us that crickets’ dwelling characteristics of “careful choice of address” and “unwilling to let things go”, while others told us through their mind maps that crickets’ dwellings have a drainage function achieved by the “sloping tunnel”. Some works reflected the description that “there is always a clump of grass being half-covered at the exit …” to show that their dwellings are very secretive. Some students even described the great “project” of building up the dwellings by collecting soil, moving it, pushing it, laying it, and trimming it until it deepens and widens throughout the winter through the crickets’ soft “tools”, such as their front and back feet, which was greatly appreciated.

秋风送爽,丹桂飘香,为庆祝祖国母亲72岁生日,让孩子们亲近自然,感受秋收的快乐,培养其阳光的心态和乐观的生活态度。我校组织学生以“爱祖国、爱山河、爱生活”为主题的国庆节特别活动,孩子们通过录制视频、绘画或树叶贴画表现秋景、用文字描写秋天等形式,体验“赏秋、品秋、绘秋”的乐趣。

The autumn breezes bring us coolness and the heady fragrance of laurel blossoms wafts through the fresh air. To celebrate the 72nd birthday of our motherland—China, we encouraged students to get close to nature, feel the pleasure of autumn harvest, and develop positive mindsets and optimistic attitudes towards life. In this regard, VKBS organized special activities of the National Day themed as “Love Motherland, Love Landscapes, and Love Life”. Students experienced the fun of “enjoying, appreciating and painting autumn” by depicting the autumn scenery through videos-recording, pictures-drawing, or leaves-sticking and describing autumn in words.

孩子们通过欣赏秋天的美景,品尝秋天的美食,描绘秋天的色彩,从而感受祖国的大好河山,感受季节更替,自信地抒发和表达对秋天的喜爱之情。让我们一起感受孩子们眼中的秋天吧!

Meanwhile, they appreciated the magnificent landscapes of the motherland, felt the change of seasons, and expressed their love for autumn by enjoying the beautiful scenery, tasting the delicious food, and depicting the colors of autumn. Let’s appreciate the autumn in children’s eyes!

秋天的美是温暖的。金秋的阳光温馨舒适,金秋的微风和煦轻柔,金秋的蓝天白云飘逸,金秋的田野遍地金黄。孩子们与家人们来到户外,感受着大自然的绚丽景色,感受着丰收的喜悦,孩子们眼中的“秋”如此美好。

The beauty of autumn is warm. In golden autumn, the sunshine is warm and comfortable, the breeze is warm and gentle, the blue sky and white clouds are beautiful and elegant, and the fields are golden and bountiful. Children and their families went outdoors to feel the beautiful scenery of nature and the joy of harvest. What a wonderful “autumn” in children’s eyes.

The beauty of autumn is colorful. Layers of fallen leaves are gifts from autumn and material for children’s artistic creation. They made unique, creative works of art by virtue of imagination, conception, cutting, and collages.

秋天的美是成熟的。浓烈的色彩冲击着人们的感官,孩子们通过一幅幅秋景画,描绘出“秋”独特的美。

The beauty of autumn is mature. Strong colors stimulated people’s senses, and children depicted the unique beauty of “autumn” through autumn scenery paintings.

秋天的美是诗意的。美丽的词藻让人神往,孩子们的文字转换为一幅幅美丽的图画在读者的脑海中浮现,那么轻柔,那么美!

The beauty of autumn is poetic. Flowery words were fascinating, and children’s heart-warming language was transformed into beautiful pictures in readers’ minds.

The Teaching Exchange Meeting

of “Cyan-Blue Project”



青蓝结对清秋始,惟愿枝间子初成。最是秋意沁人心,师徒带教话耕耘。10月9日下午,闵行万科双语学校新老教师师徒结对齐聚一堂,隆重举行“青蓝工程”带教交流活动。

Cyan-blue pairing sparked in clear autumn, when fruits quietly mature. With this refreshing beauty, mentors and apprentices have been working hard to innovate teaching. On the afternoon of October 9th, the mentor-apprentice pairs of the new and senior teachers of Vanke Bilingual School (VKBS) got together and held the “Cyan-Blue Project” teaching exchange activities.


本次会议由陈颖副校长主持,陈校长在会议伊始表达了对新老师的几点期许:首先要做好学生,谦逊虚心向前辈学习。再要做好老师,不断摄取新知。三要做好主人,主动承担责任。最后她告诉老师们,更要做好自己,不完全依附于师傅,独立的思考,用心去行动。陈校长的话犹如一股力量,给了新老师们激励和信心,指引着老师们勇往前行!

The meeting was presided by vice principal Chen Ying. At the beginning of the meeting, she put forward several expectations for new teachers: first of all, to be a good student who is humble and open-minded to learn from seniors. Secondly, to be a good teacher who keeps taking in new knowledge. Thirdly, to be an eligible master who takes the initiative to take responsibility. Finally, to be a real self who doesn’t always rely on their mentors but can independently think and devote themselves to work. The strength of principal Chen’s words greatly inspired new teachers and made them more confident to march forward!

交流会上,新教师们畅所欲言,满怀分享着一个月以来的心得体会,表达了对老教师、师傅们的无限感恩,以及对未来的展望。作为徒弟代表,来自小学部的欧希老师、赵露老师和中学部的马丽川老师分别进行了发言。

During the exchange meeting, new teachers spoke freely and shared their experiences in the past one month, expressing their infinite gratitude to the senior teachers and mentors, and mentioned their prospects for the future. As representatives of apprentices, teachers Ou Xi and Zhao Lu from the primary school department and Ma Lichuan from the middle school department made speeches respectively.


欧希老师说:“以梦为马学用相长,但行前路无问西东。回顾一个多月来我在VKBS的学习与成长,我认识到不仅要学习师傅和前辈的教学经验,更要学习他们无私奉献的品格,精益求精的工作作风。在不断汲取中,我也越发觉得学习、思考、行动、领悟是新教师提高自身必经的四个阶段。之后我会继续全力在奔跑中的道路上不断去悟,在悟的道路上不断奔跑,奔赴属于我教育事业的星辰大海!”

Teacher Ou Xi said: “We must keep going ahead with the original aim and learn for actual practice to pursue the dream. Looking back on my study and growth in VKBS for more than one month, I realized that I should learn from mentors and seniors not only their teaching experience, but also their selfless dedication and workstyle of striving for perfection. With continuous exploration, I further figured out that learning, thinking, action and comprehension constitute the four necessary stages for new teachers to improve themselves. In the future, I will constantly reflect on myself as I keep moving forward, so as to make my educational cause brightly shining!”


小学部赵露老师非常激动地告诉大家:“虽然在一个多月的教学工作中遇到过困难,但总能及时得到各位领导、老师对我们的关心和帮助。尤其是闵行片区优秀老师的展示课和专业点评让我收获满满,学到了很多有用的教学经验,也让我更加自信、更加热爱教师这个职业。在此,请允许我代表新教师承诺,在以后的工作中我们会认真负责,严谨教学,以身作则,做一名优秀的教师,为VKBS的发展贡献自己的一份力量!”

Zhao Lu, a teacher in the primary school department, was very excited to share with others: “Although we have encountered difficulties in our teaching work over the past one month or so, we have always received timely care and help from all the leaders and teachers. In particular, The demonstration classes and professional comments of excellent teachers in Minhang district made me full of harvest and learned a lot of useful teaching experience, which also made me more confident and more passionate about the profession of teacher. On behalf of the new teachers, please allow me to promise that in the future we will be careful and responsible in teaching, take the lead to be an excellent teacher, and contribute our own efforts to the development of VKBS!”


中学部马丽川老师也迫不及待地分享着自己的心得体会,她说:“在一个多月的时间里,我得到了师傅及众多老师的关心。在备课方面,我做到了精备详备,备一课磨一课。在听课评课方面,学校鼓励我们新老师多听课,跨年级跨学科听课,尤其是多听同年级老师的课。在教研方面,我的师傅会与我精心选择和确定语文拓展阅读的内容,指导我以读带写的教学方法。《诗经》有言’如切如磋,如琢如磨’。我觉得备课、教学的过程也是如此。在日后的教学过程中,我们会继续用心地钻研,琢磨,力求给学生带来不一样的语文课!”

Ma Lichuan, a teacher from the middle school department, couldn’t wait to share her own experiences. She pointed out, “In the past more than one month, I have been cared by my mentor and many teachers. In terms of lesson preparation, I have made great efforts for each lesson. In the aspect of evaluation of classes, the school encouraged new teachers to listen to open classes, including cross-grade and interdisciplinary ones, especially those of the same grade as we teach. As for teaching and research, my mentor and I carefully selected and determined the content of extended readings in Chinese, and my mentor guided me in the teaching method of reading to promote writing. There is a saying in the Book of Songs,’ the cultivation of a gentleman is like working on a bone tool: after it is cut, it has to be constantly sharpened’. The process of preparing lessons and teaching is just the same. In the future, we will continue to attentively explore, and strive to offer students innovative Chinese classes! “

新人的成长离不开前辈们的谆谆教导,他们就像夜晚的灯塔给了新老师们似星光般的指引。有着30多年教学经验的缪秋红老师认为,在和新教师们相处的一个多月时间里感受到青春的活力无处不在,她希望无论新、老教师没有绝对的师傅,也没有绝对的徒弟,“三人行,必有吾师焉”,在教育教学中能者为师,教学相长,大家同舟共济,携手共进,不负韶华,努力提升内驱力,提高自身素养,在11月份校亮相课中期盼新老师们尽显风采。

The progress of newcomers cannot be achieved without the devoted contributions of senior ones, who are like a lighthouse at night providing new teachers with star-like guidance. Miao Qiuhong, a teacher with more than 30 years of teaching experience, pointed out that she has felt the vitality of youth everywhere during more than one month when she spent with new teachers. She hoped that among new and senior teachers, there is no absolute mentor or apprentice, just as the saying goes, “There must be one out of three who can be your teacher.” In education and teaching, everyone can be a teacher, and both teachers and students can learn from each other. Mentor-apprentice pairs are expected to make progresses hand in hand, and strive to improve their internal drives and qualities instead of living up to their youth. We look forward to appreciating the new teachers in the school debut classes in November.


外教代表Mrs Alison Burdett老教师有三点做法和大家分享,一是学生离开父母来到学校,老师就是他们的家长;二为老师想要营造什么样的课堂,就要坚持自我,努力去做;三要尽快记住学生的名字才能更好地与孩子们沟通。

The representative of foreign teachers, Mrs Alison Burdett, had three points to share. First, after students left their parents and came to school, teachers serve as their parents. Second, if a teacher wants to create distinctive classes, he must stick to his heart and work hard to do so. Third, remembering students’ names as soon as possible can help us better communicate with them.

万科双语程敏校长对青蓝工程极其重视,希望通过此次交流会旨在促进青年教师的专业成长,优化师资队伍建设。她寄语新老师们每日有目标,每日有进步。希望老教师们发挥示范、引领、辐射作用,团结协作,优势互补,在携手前行的途中,一起收获成长的喜悦,共同感悟心手相联的快乐。

Principal Cheng Min of VKBS attached great importance to the “Cyan-Blue Project” and pointed out that this exchange meeting aimed to promote the professional growth of young teachers and optimize the teaching staff construction. She expected new teachers to set daily goals and make daily progress. She hoped that the senior teachers would play the role of demonstration, guidance and transformation, work together with new teachers and complement each other with their unique strengths. On the way forward hand in hand, we will reap the joy of growth and realize the happiness of heart-to-heart links.




师情徒意扬帆起,亦师亦友薪火传。两位校长的展望是新教师们不懈前行的动力;前辈们的指引如星星之火点亮前行之路。有志同行的路上,或许荆棘,或许荣光,但无论是什么,殷殷期盼寄厚望,师徒携手绽未来!

Mentor-apprentice pairing has created a strong force, which constantly brings out surprises of inheritance and innovation. The outlooks of the two principals stand as the motivation for new teachers to strive forward unremittingly, and the guidance of the seniors lights up the road ahead like a spark. On the road of going ahead with aspirations, there may be thorns or glories, whatever they are, mentor-apprentice pairs will be full of hope and join hands to embrace the future!

“滑雪的一个特点是,对每一个人来说,包括孩子和成人,都是一次成长的机会”,2019年参与德英乐滑雪营的家长说过这么一句话,深有感触。让孩子学习滑雪的理由其实有很多,但是让孩子自由飞翔,在雪场上驰骋,才是我们家长的初衷。


在滑雪场上看到孩子从高处纵身冲下来的那一刻,时间仿佛凝固,耳边只有风声和对自己身体的良好驾驭,两支雪仗就像从身体中长出的双翼,滑翔、飞翔……

G4 Mathematics practical activities



读史使人明智,读诗使人灵秀,数学使人周密。在喜悦欢腾的国庆期间,我校四年级学生开展了“自制一升容器”的“玩水”活动:孩子们动手制作一升的量具,量出一升水,并用一升的水做一件事。本次实践活动旨在帮助孩子们建立一升的表象,丰富孩子们对一升的量感。我校重视学生的动手操作,因为动手操作是从具体到抽象,再从抽象到具体的思维活动。动手操作中,孩子们经历了知识发生和发展的过程,建立了数学概念,掌握了“真”知识。

Learning history makes people wise, reading poetry makes people witty, and studying mathematics makes people prudent. During the joyful National Day holiday, our G4 students carried out the activity of “making your own one-liter container and playing with water”. The children made a one-liter measure, measured out a liter of water, and then played with it. The purpose of this activity was to help children build up the sense of one liter by visualizing this measuring unit. Our school attaches great importance to students’ hands-on ability, which is a conceptual work from concrete to abstract and then from abstract to concrete. In hands-on activities, children have experienced the process of knowledge exploration, grasped mathematical concepts, and mastered “true” knowledge.

首先利用废弃的水瓶制作一升的量具。小朋友们将家里的厨具等生活器具制作成崭新的量具。这看似简单的一步却能帮助学生借助水的多少来了解容量的概念,为今后学习容量、容积做准备。

First, one-liter measures were made with discarded water bottles. Children have made brand new measures from household utensils such as kitchenwares from their homes. This seemingly simple step can help students understand the concept of capacity with the help of water, and prepare for learning capacity and volume in the future.


接着小朋友们用自己亲手制作的量具量出一升的水。从而对升和毫升的直观感受得到提升,同时感知升和毫升的进率。

The children then measured out one liter of water with their own handmade measures. In this way, they were able to improve their visual senses of liter and milliliter, and to understand the unit rate of liter and milliliter.


制作的这一升水可以做些什么呢?小朋友们思维非常活跃:有的煮了鸡蛋,还有的用来养鱼。孩子们在这个过程中还可以估计一些容器的容量,进而形成空间大小的量化概念。

What could be done with a liter of water they got? The children showed their creativity: some boiled eggs and others used it to keep fish. In this process, the children could also estimate the capacity of some containers and thus develop a quantitative sense of space size.



 SUMMER HOLIDAY

学生在操作、体验、观察、猜想、反思等活动中理解容量的意义,感受数学就在身边。从而调动了学习数学的内在动力,提高了学生学习的效率,为学生学习数学打开了一条探索知识奥秘的途径和方法。

Students understood the meaning of capacity in activities such as manipulation, experience, observation, conjecture and reflection, and noticed that mathematics is closely around. As a result, for these students, the intrinsic motivation to learn mathematics has been aroused, and the efficiency of learning has been improved. 青春期是十分关键的年龄,青春期之后就是成年期,青少年们必须要在青春期完成好独立自主的发展任务。成年之后,一切事情都将由青年自己去承担,他们不再能如此依赖父母、寻求父母的保护、听从父母的安排,随之而来的好处则是更大的自由自主空间和更广阔的人生方式。

The reason why adolescence is a very crucial period is that adulthood comes after it and adolescents have to independently develop and grow during that period. Once the teenagers grow up, they will manage to do everything by themselves without their parents’ utmost care, protection and arrangements. For this reason, they can enjoy more freedom and a broader way of life.

中学六、七年级,是孩子们刚刚步入青春期的年纪,对于青春期是什么、该在青春期做什么,孩子们懵懂未知。9月27日,学校组织了一场主题为《读懂青春期》的学生讲座,主讲老师是我校资深心理老师张加贝,张老师风趣幽默、理论扎实,给学生们带来了许多案例的分享,讲座现场也是互动频繁,学生们的积极性被充分调动起来。

Our children just get into adolescence as they study in Grade 6 and 7 of middle school. They have little understanding of what adolescence means and what they should do in their adolescence. On September 27th, our school organized a student lecture themed Learn More about Adolescence given by Zhang Jiabei, a senior psychology teacher in our school. Mr. Zhang is so humorous with solid theory knowledge that he shared many cases with students. Besides, the frequent interaction between the teenagers and teachers on site fully mobilized students’ enthusiasm.

在课堂中,“独立”两个字成为了关键词。如何独立?如何知道自己的独立性已经发展到什么程度?作为青少年又会如何向全世界展现自己的独立性呢?

In the class, “independent” was regarded as the keyword. How to be independent? How to know to which degree your independence has developed? How do teenagers show their independence to the world?

本次讲座,张老师从“学生带数学卷子来听心理讲座”这样的挑战权威的行为开始分析,与学生就近讨论他们日常的一些行为表现,学生们兴致很高。张老师将“试探自己有多独立”与“试试自己有多大的力气”作类比,向学生们解释:挑战成年人、挑战权威,其实是在试探自己能够在多大程度上独当一面,就好比是搬一块大石头,测试自己有多大力气一样。在张老师的引导下,学生们开始思考自己在青春期的一些表现,对自己的自我认识和自我探索水平加深了。

In this lecture, Mr. Zhang discussed some daily behaviors and performances of students by analyzing the behavior challenging the authority – students brought math papers there when attending the psychological lecture, which stimulated the students’ interest a lot. Mr. Zhang compared “a test of independence” to “an experiment of strength” and explained to students that the behavior of challenging adults and authority is exactly the way to test to what extent you can undertake everything on your own, just like lifting a big stone to test your strength. Under Zhang’s guidance, the students started to ponder their own performances in adolescence, which highly deepened their self-awareness and self-exploration.

我校的心理教育工作是十分严谨、全面的。对于中学生,学生中心会在入学年级开展学生心理普测,并且留下详尽的数据形成学生的心理档案。在面对测试结果预警的学生时,我们的资深心理老师们会逐一约谈家长,详细了解孩子及其家庭的情况,有针对性地提出专业建议。

Our school conducts psychological education in a very rigorous and comprehensive way. For middle school students, the Students Center will carry out a general psychological survey on students in the entrance grade, and then set up a detailed database to create students’ psychological files. Facing the students with early mental symptoms, our senior psychology teachers will interview their parents one by one to understand the situations of the children and their families in detail, and put forward professional suggestions in a targeted direction.

➤每天心理咨询室面向学生开放,学生有困扰想要与心理老师面谈寻求帮助的,可以随时预约面谈;

➤每月组织面对学生、面对家长的心理讲座,内容贴近生活,主题符合学生的年龄发展特点;

➤每学期组织心理活动,让学生们更加了解心理学,了解心理知识,获得心理活动体验;

➤学校的心理社团也面向中学部开放,每个班级都会有学生参加心理社团,学习专业的心理知识和技能。

➤The psychological consulting room opens to students every day. Students with concerns who want to consult psychological teachers are allowed to make an appointment at any time;

➤Psychological lectures for students and parents are organized every month,   with the content close to daily life and the themes in line with students’ age and development characteristics;

➤Psychological activities are organized every semester where students can have a better understanding of psychology, psychological knowledge, and experience psychological activities;

➤The Psychological Club in our school also opens to the middle school. Students from each class can join the Club to learn professional knowledge and skills about psychology.

青春期是人生中最重要、最宝贵的时期,是从懵懂走向成熟的过程,也是不断认识自己的过程。希望孩子们通过一系列的心理教育活动和咨询,能够遇到问题科学、理性、坦然应对,轻松化解烦恼。在你们的成长路上,老师们会用真心、真爱、真情,陪伴你们度过一段安全、幸福、快乐、丰富的花样年华!

Adolescence is the most important and precious period in one’s life when children turn into maturity from ignorance, and constantly know about themselves. I hope that students can respond to problems and questions with the rational mind and calm attitude through a series of psychological education activities and counseling, thus easily resolving their troubles. In the course of growth, teachers in our school will accompany all of you to spend a safe, happy, colorful and wonderful time with true heart, true love and true feelings!

中国传统插花“道法自然,人文化成”,是一门集美学、哲思和智慧于一身、并有着深厚传承的中华传统文化。作为有着上千年历史的国家级非物质文化遗产,中国传统插花在方寸之间,藏山水、藏自然、藏大自我、表达良善、传递生生不息的生命契机和内涵。

9月27日,本学期第一期家长课堂开讲,来自八年级的李心妤妈妈与三年级的孩子们共同鉴赏并感受自然美和造型美结合的艺术——插花课程,希望孩子们在掌握中国传统插花艺术的同时,提高自身艺术鉴赏、审美能力、观察能力、创造能力和动手能力。在作品创作中感悟中国传统插花艺术,并得到心灵上的收获。

心妤妈妈的课堂生动有趣,图文并茂地讲解鲜花选购技巧、插花基础知识和插花小妙招等,孩子们积极参与课堂的讨论。插花课程的学习使学生对插花增添了浓厚的兴趣,在思想、情操、意志等方面也得到了自我锻炼。我校除了培养学生的专业知识,还注重培养学生具有良好的心理素质,增强应对压力和挫折的能力,善于从逆境中寻找转机。

万科双语的家长课堂旨在将不同类型的家长资源分享给学生,从而帮助他们开拓眼界,增长知识,并给予兴趣培养和职业生涯启蒙。在今后我们的家长课堂将保持每月一次的频率,希望带给孩子们更多有意思的分享!

VKBS五周年校庆















金秋送爽、丹桂飘香的九月,闵行万科双语学校迎来建校五周年。9月26日,学校举行了五周年校庆系列活动,校内设置了学生游园等精彩纷呈的团队活动,以及 “求真知,创融合,积跬步,至千里”为主题的五周年校庆盛典。


今天是特别的一天,每个孩子手拿护照,打卡校园的每个展区,有音乐剧点映区,有承载学校历史的时空隧道,有5C5R文化互动墙,有中文周作品展区,有5周年定制文创产品展区等。另外在盒子上绘制自画像送给学校,一起庆祝五周年生日。







五周年盛典


闵行区教育局督导汪一欣老师、普教二科领导杨慧毅老师、七宝镇教委潘鸿老师、澳大利亚驻沪领事馆代表吴莉莉女士、万科设计导师齐威老师、万科物业郑杰老师、四川遵道学校俞华平校长和两位教师代表以及众媒体伙伴拨冗莅临本次五周年庆典活动。出席的校领导有德英乐教育总经理、闵行万科双语学校理事长许青川、执行校长程敏、外方学术副校长Ms. C、中方学术副校长陈颖、德育副校长张玉莉、行政副校长苏淳淳。








此次盛典的开场是VKBS校管弦乐团首秀《我爱你中国》和《拉德茨基进行曲》。这支VKBS校管弦乐团是两周前从全校范围内招募组建的,利用放学后的几次珍贵的排练时间,在乐团老师精心指导和孩子们的努力配合下,今天为大家呈现出完美的乐团演出。







五年,是学校发展的重要里程碑,也是着眼未来的新起点。闵行区教育局普教二科领导杨慧毅老师首先致辞。我校自诞生之日,便承载着家长的嘱托和社会的厚望,凭借创新的办学模式、先进的教育理念和优秀的教师团队,经过五年发展与沉淀,获得社会各界的广泛认可。杨慧毅老师代表闵行区教育局对我校在办学规模、办学品质以及社会影响力等方面予以高度肯定与赞扬,感谢万科双语在推动闵行教育和双语教育的发展做出的积极贡献,也对我校今后的发展表达了坚定的信心与诚挚的寄语。






“十年树木,百年树人。五年只是一个美好的起点,万科双语学校的未来将由企业、学校和家长,共同携手建设教育共同体,未来的中国教育将越来越突显民族教育品牌的价值和力量。” 德英乐教育总经理、闵行万科双语学校理事长许青川,以“因势而变,初心如磐”为主题致辞,从缘起、传承、引领、展望、使命五个方面,生动地讲述发生在万科双语的故事。如今万科双语的影响力和所拥有的成就,来源于德英乐教育集团的前瞻性眼光、教师的无私奉献与家长的齐心协力,共同传承接力,用服务的态度做有温度的教育,这里智慧无处不在,爱无微不至。







回顾历史


德育副校长张玉莉和外方学术副校长Ms. C讲述了VKBS的美好回忆,与孩子们相处的点点滴滴,还有张校长组织中外方融合课程、家长学校讲堂,解决教学中碰到的文化冲突、交流障碍等等。教师们通过一致的育人目标,努力达成共识、相互理解,才有了如今的万科双语的优秀成绩。







正值五周年之际,我校收到了遍布国内外毕业生们、家长、老师以及社会各界人士的祝福视频,感谢你们对学校的支持和认可。







着眼当下


学校不仅仅关注学生的全面发展,更将目光投向学生终身成长的全过程。教学副校长陈颖分享了我校的特色探索实践课程,通过整合教育要素,力求建立以尊重学生差异为前提,促进学生多元发展为目标的课程体系,同时为实现素质教育和全面发展提供途径。探索者特色课程通过结合学生课程内容,设置生涯规划指导与人文类及科学类的项目制探究学习等拓展型、探究型课程,与基础课程形成互补。







在庆典中,有一个特别的短剧表演,以“你喜欢万科双语学校的理由?”为主题,将5C5R核心理念融入其中,孩子们向大家展示了精彩纷呈的校园生活。







展望未来


“问渠哪得清如许,为有源头活水来”,程敏校长分别从求真、融合、成长,讲述了万科双语的发展历史并展望未来。程校长谈到我校旨在培养具有文化自信,创新精神的未来学生,建设具备高育人能力,高国际视野的教师队伍成为一流的双语学校。

教师是人类灵魂的工程师,是人类文明的传承者,承载着传播知识、传播思想、传播真理,塑造灵魂、塑造生命、塑造新人的时代重任。万科双语学校一直以学生为中心,并为他们种下“成长树”,为了“小树苗”生根发芽成为一片生机勃勃的“生态林”,学校做了很多努力,每月开展特色主题活动,培养他们具备新时代所需要的5C5R特质:自信、真诚、关爱、交流、创造、尊重、责任、勇气、坚韧、自省,使学生在德、智、体、美、劳等方面得到全面发展。还有,多角度加强师资队伍建设;全方位实施跨学科、优化和新增特色课程;定期开设高质量高效教研活动等,推动教与学的改革,提升学生的主动学习能力和综合素养。


9月24日,我们以“Know Our VKBS”为主题,再次深入理解VKBS’s愿景、使命和核心理念,尤其是对学校的5Cs 和 5Rs有更好的理解,讨论在办学追求、品德教育、课程教学、校园文化等方面,如何以浸润方式将5C5R融入到日常的学生教育教学中。

游戏互动

在热身环节,中外教师们开始玩“你画我猜”游戏,他们变身为演技精湛的演员,表情、动作到位,观众们答对正确率极高,我们5C5R的核心素养早已深入到每个人的内心和行动中。


激烈的比赛开始,每组身上贴字的老师冲向舞台,快速站成一排,组成了我校的愿景——学校致力于提供优质的K12教育服务。其实在学校前进的步伐中,需要每一位VKBS家庭成员的力量,汇聚成一道光,为学生们照亮未来的成才之路。

头脑风暴

老师们以小组形式,讨论我们的核心价值观在学生校园生活中是怎么体现的。每组在几分钟的时间里,已经以文字和图片的形式,汇总了许多有用的信息与大家分享。

培训结束了,每一位老师有不一样的收获,我们一起来围观下培训的精华吧!



学校的价值使命不在于外在的光鲜亮丽,而是聚焦在学生本身,关注学生自身成长的动态过程,通过每个阶段的详细评价,让他们在原有的基础上有比较好的发展与提高,激发并持续发展学生内在成长的潜能。愿每一个孩子在学校这棵参天大树下茁壮成长为一棵棵栋梁之树。最后特别感谢为此次培训做出贡献的老师们!
