我校第二届心理健康活动月“关爱自我,悦纳自我”落下帷幕,老师和同学们通过ME课、海报制作、视频录制等方式,更好地学习关爱和悦纳自己,更好地学习自我探索、自我关怀、自我保护,同时学会了自助互助,使我们身心健康成长。
The second Mental Health Activity Month themed “Care for and Accept Yourself” is now drawing to a successful close. Our teachers and students, by the way of ME class, poster design and video recording, have a better learn to care for, accept, explore, and protect themselves. In addition, they also learn how to help themselves and others, which can benefit our physical and mental health.
学生在心理月海报制作活动中,各班踊跃参与,制作出一批新颖独特又贴合主题的海报展板。他们积极参与线下投票、转发线上投票,使我们的心理健康活动月活动顺利结束。在本次海报投票活动中,G1-3、G2-2、G5-4、G7-1这四个班级分别获得各组的票数第一,奖品和奖状已送到了相应班级,同学和老师们分享奖品,共同度过了一段美好的时光。
Each class actively participated in the part of poster design, and their original and unique poster boards in line with the theme were exhibited. The activity adopted the offline vote with online circulating, and then received a smooth end thanks to students’ favorable cooperation. In the poster voting part, four classes including G1-3, G2-2, G5-4, and G7-1 won the first place in each group category. The prizes and certificates have been delivered to the winner classes where students and teachers shared the prizes and spent a wonderful time together.

继寒假短视频分享活动后,心理中心在心理健康月的活动中又发起了短视频分享的活动,鼓励学生们利用电子设备和技术去表达他们理解中的“关爱自我和悦纳自我”。我们收到来自一年级、二年级和四年级的学生的投稿。他们在视频中用多样形式的呈现风格讲述他们理解的“悦纳自我”。学生们都有讲到接纳自己不单单是看到自己的优点,还有接纳自己的缺点,接受每个人都是不完美的,在不完美中看到前进的方向和生活的目标。我们的心理老师也在短视频中分享了她“关爱自我”的方式,通过设立“边界”和“正念”的方法,更多关注到自己的情绪和需求。
Followed the short video sharing activity in winter vacation, the same activity was launched by the Psychological Center in the Mental Health Month to encourage students to express how they think about “care for and accept yourself” by electronic devices and technology. We have received several contributions from students in the Grade One, Two and Four. They described their understandings of the “accept yourself” by diverse styles presented in the video. They said accepting yourself means not just focusing on your strengths, but also accepting your weaknesses. We must recognize that nobody is perfect, and we should see what we move forward and what we pursue for with our imperfections. Our psychology teachers also shared their approaches to “care for yourself” in the short video, noting that we should pay more attention to our emotions and needs by setting “boundary” and “mindfulness”.
各班海报各具特色、百花齐放,着实为校园增色不少。相信同学们在这一活动中,对如何关爱自我、悦纳自己,有了更深的体会。希望大家在今后的学习生活中,不要忘记在心理健康活动月中的所见、所学、所思、所感,使我们的学习生活更加和谐,让我们的身心健康成长。
Each poster designed by every class featured with its characteristics really creates a beautiful landscape to our campus. It is no doubt that students have deeper understandings about how to care for and accept themselves by this activity. Hope that everybody here would not forget what you have seen, learned, thought, and felt in the Mental Health Activity Month in the following study and life. By doing so, our study and life will be more harmonious and our physical and mental health will be improved.
