暑假安全锦囊

1.做好家庭疫情防控工作。勤清洁消毒，减少出入公共场合，外出注意佩戴口罩。 

Use healthy practices to protect you and your family by practicing social distance, wear protections when you are out, sanitize carefully at your home. Avoid public occasions or leaving shanghai if possible. 

2.时刻牢记“安全”二字。生命宝贵，我们一定要树立“安全第一”意识，学会自我防范和自我保护，保障自身及家庭安全。

Always remember your safety. Life is most precious. We need to establish a “safety first” awareness and learn self-prevention, self-protection and make sure your safety and your family’s safety.

3.做遵纪守法的好公民。在学校，我们要做好学生；在家要做好孩子；在社会，我们同样要做遵纪守法的好公民。希望大家，在假期中，同样要增强“遵纪守法”、“文明处事”的观念，明辨是非。

To be good law-abiding citizens. At school, you should be good students; at home good kids; in society, you need to be good law-abiding citizens. Hope everyone could observe disciplines and obey laws, behave in a civilized way, and distinguish right from wrong in vacation.

4.倡导文明、健康的生活方式。希望同学们在家长的指导下，合理安排假期生活。保证良好的生活规律和习惯，娱乐适度。积极锻炼身体，主动承担家务劳动，为爸爸妈妈减轻负担。

We promote a civilized and healthy lifestyle. We hope students could arrange properly on the holiday life and make sure good life routines and habits. We hope you exercise a lot, do more housework, and reduce the burden for your parents.

5.给自己的头脑充电。假期是我们休息的时间，同时，也是对自己学习补缺补漏的好时机，也是我们给自己的头脑充电的好机会。利用假期多读书、读好书，并适当撰写读书笔记，让读书成为一生的好习惯。同时，确保按时、按量、按质完成假期作业。另外，暑假每天还应收看收听新闻，了解国家大事，做一个有思想、有内涵、视野开阔的现代人。

Recharge your mind. Vacation is our rest time and at the same time it is also a good opportunity to learn things for yourselves. We advise you read more, read good books, write reading notes, and form a good life habit of reading. Meanwhile, make sure that you finish your homework on time and with good quality. Besides, we also suggest you to listen to the news, know about national affairs and be a modern person with thoughts, intelligence, and broad vision.

就全国疫情反弹态势，我校根据最新教委要求，实施以下防控要求：

1.师生员工非必要不离沪，不出境，不应出行至中高风险所在地区。

2.假期期间自8月12日起师生员工须每天上报目前所在地、体温及健康状况。

3.确有离沪需求的师生员工请主动向学校上报。

According to the latest requirements of Education Commission, our school has implemented the following prevention and control requirements due to the national epidemic rebound situation:

1. In principle, if not necessary, students, teachers and staffs should not leave Shanghai. Do not go abroad, and should not travel to middle and high-risk areas in China.

2. During the holiday, teachers, students, and staffs should report their current temperature and health status every day from August 12nd.

3. If you really need to leave Shanghai, please take the initiative to report to the school.

返校要求如下：

1. 从国内中高风险地区返沪返校的师生员工，按照相关要求实施14天严格的集中（居家）健康管理，实行2次新冠病毒核酸检测，检测结果符合相关要求方可申请返校。

2.从国内中高风险地区所在地市（非中高风险地区）返沪返校的师生员工实行1次新冠病毒核酸检测，检测结果符合相关要求方可申请返校。

3.对于境外返沪的师生员工，在入境后要严格执行国家和本市相关管控措施，持健康码绿码且核酸检测为阴性的方可申请返校。

4.如同住家人有来自或途经疫情中高风险地区的，相关师生员工应执行居家健康观察。在同住家人按照本市相关规定进行新冠病毒核酸检测且结果为阴性后，相关师生员工方可申请返校。

5.由低风险地区返沪的师生员工，需在返校前一天向学校提供健康码，经学校审核同意后返校。返沪后仍需监测14天的体温和健康状况（从外省市低风险地区返沪的师生员工可以返校进行14天健康观察），如有发热、咳嗽等症状应及时就医。 

6.返沪师生员工如身体有不适，请不要到校并及时与学校取得联系。

结合上述返校要求，一、六年级新生请您于8月25日前向班级老师提交；其余年级学生请于8月29日前向班级老师提交：

1. 未离沪师生员工、低风险地区返沪师生员工：师生员工和其同住家人的“随申码”绿码。

2.中、高风险地区返沪师生员工：绿色“随申码”、核酸检测阴性报告、健康信息登记表。
