Requirements for returning to school are as follows:
1. Teachers, students and staff who come back to school from middle and high-risk areas in China shall undergo strict centralized (home) health management for 14 days according to relevant requirements, and undergo twice novel coronavirus nucleic acid test, and the test results shall meet relevant requirements before they can apply for returning to school.
2. Teachers, students and staffs returning to school from the provinces which middle and high-risk areas locate in (but not from middle and high-risk areas) shall have Novel Coronavirus nucleic acid test once, and the test result should meet the relevant requirements before they can apply for returning to school.
3. Teachers, students and staffs returning to Shanghai from abroad, they must strictly implement the relevant control measures of the state and the city after entering China. Those who hold the green health code and have a negative nucleic acid test can apply for returning to school.
4. If the resident family members come from or have passed through middle and high-risk areas, the relevant staff, teachers, and students should carry out home health observation. Only after the family members have been tested for Novel Coronavirus nucleic acid in accordance with the relevant regulations of the city and the result is negative, the relevant teachers, students and staff can apply for returning to school.
5.Staffs, teachers, and students returning Shanghai from low-risk areas should provide health code to school the day before returning to school. After being reviewed and approved by school, body temperature and health status should be monitored for 14 days after returning to Shanghai (teachers, students and staff returning to Shanghai from low-risk areas of other provinces and cities can return to school to carry out the 14-day health observation). In case of fever, cough, and other symptoms, they should seek medical advice in time.
6. If you feel unwell, please do not come to school, and contact school in time.
In combination with the above requirements, please submit the following things to your homeroom teacher before February 21st.
1.Teachers, students and staffs who do not leave Shanghai and those who return from the low-risk areas shall provide the green codes of themselves, the green codes of their family members living with them.
2.Teachers, students and staffs returning from middle and high-risk areas to Shanghai should provide the green codes, negative nucleic acid test reports, Health Information Registration Form.
